By accessing and/or using our Platform, you agree and consent to us collecting, processing, using, and disclosing your personal data in the manner set out below, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
This Privacy Policy may be amended or updated from time to time. By continuing to interact with Forentx or by continuing to use Forentx's services following the modifications, updates, or amendments to this Privacy Policy, you shall signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates, or amendments.
"Processing" refers to collecting, holding, storing, recording, organizing, adapting, using, disclosing, or correcting Personal Data.

A. What Personal Data We Collect
When you sign up for or use Forentx, we may ask for personally identifiable information in order to provide you with the products and services which you have requested. Depending on the product or service, we may ask you for a variety of personally identifiable information including but not limited to the following:
- Personal Identifiers: name, date of birth, nationality, gender, National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) / Passport number, residency status, correspondence address, contact details including mobile, office and residential telephone number and facsimile number, e-mail address, banking details and/or photographs/images.
- Employment Information: details such as employment status (private sector, government sector, self-employed, non-working or others), name of employer and office address, details of your relationship with your company (e.g., promoter, director, shareholder), telephone number, and email address.
- Account Information: your membership with us and online account information, including your username, personalized ID number, and password.
- Property Information: information on the property(ies) including but not limited to addresses, unit details, and meter readings.
- Transaction Information: purchasing or transaction records including information such as files and messages that you store using your account through the Platform.
- Automatically Collected Data: personal data collected automatically, which includes your internet protocol (IP) address, internet cookies, browser type, language used, access times, and such other personal data relevant when you access the Forentx website and/or mobile and/or tablet applications.
Note: We may also ask for other information, such as your credit/debit card information or bank details (when you are making a purchase or setting up payments). We consider certain identifiable information "sensitive." This includes your credit card number or any other information that would normally be considered confidential.
You may choose not to provide us with any personally identifiable information. However, you may not be able to access and use those portions of our Platform that require your personal information to function.
B. Source of Personal Data
The primary source of data is the information you provide as a user of this Platform. However, we may also obtain certain personal data from publicly accessible sources, including but not limited to public registries, web portals of government agencies, public search engines, and websites.

- To fulfill any other purposes in relation to your access and use of the services on the Platform.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the collection, processing, use, and disclosure of your personal data by third parties that we do not control or who are not employed or managed by us. If you access and/or visit any web link mentioned in our Platform, it is your responsibility to review its privacy policy before providing that third party with any information.

G. Retention of Your Personal Data
Forentx will retain your Personal Data for the duration necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and/or as may be deemed necessary by Forentx, and/or where otherwise required by law, or until you request deletion of your Forentx account.
H. Data Transfers
We may need to transfer your personal data outside of Singapore for the purposes and to such third parties stated in this Policy (e.g., if our servers or third-party service providers are located overseas). We will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the Singapore PDPA.
